1. Wash onion, garlic and beef, dice and set aside;
2. Add olive oil in a non stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic and fry for 3 minutes, and then pour it into the inner pot of the rice cooker;
3. Turn the wok to medium high heat, add diced beef, stir fry until the beef turns yellow, drain and retain 1tbsp olive oil, then pour the beef into the inner pot of the rice cooker;
4. Add diced tomato, ketchup, beef stock, chili powder, cumin, chilli pepper, cocoa powder, sugar, coriander, salt and black pepper into the inner pot, stir well and cover;
5. Press the "Menu" key, select the "Slow cook" function, and press the "Start" key to start cooking;
