A storage cabinet with drawers can help keep loose items, documents and accessories organised. However, the difference between a useful storage unit and a disappointing purchase can be greater than the product photo suggests. A cabinet might look compact, for example, but turn out to be too shallow for folders. Or a mobile drawer unit might roll easily but become unstable when its drawers are heavily loaded.
So don’t just consider the colour and number of drawers. Check the dimensions, material, load capacity and how the cabinet is assembled or moved.
